- shouldClearTerminalForFrame() for overflow/fullscreen transitions
- renderInteractiveFrame with fullscreen newline suppression
- writeToStdout/Stderr restore via log-update clear + re-render
- incrementalRendering MountOption
- Static output capture inlined in commit paths
